• The above quoted rates are room only on a single occupancy or double occupancy per room, per night basis.
• The above rates are applicable for this conference only.
• Room reservations are subject to availability at the time of confirmation and on receipt of an acknowledged letter of agreement.
• All room bookings have to be guaranteed with credit card details or advance payment.
• Check-in time: 15:00pm. Check-out time: 12:00noon.
• Accommodation rates quoted are inclusive of Australian Federal Goods and Services Tax.

• Sixty days prior to arrival (60 days) no retention charges on cancellation of the guaranteed room reservation by Delegates.
• Between sixty and forty five days prior to arrival date (60-45 days), one (1) night retention will be applicable on the guaranteed room reservation.
• Cancellations less than 45 days prior to arrival and No Shows, full accommodation fees will be charged.
